Una vacanza all'AGRITURISMO SAN GUGLIELMO può offrire tutto questo e altro. Il nostro agriturismo è situato fra Volterra, Massa Marittima, Cecina e Follonica nella zona più meridionale della Provincia di Pisa presso la località Lagoni Rossi, dove s'incontrano le Colline Metallifere e l'Alta Maremma.

La grande casa colonica in pietra dell'ottocento, completamente restaurata, ospita oltre all'appartamento dei proprietari due bellissimi appartamenti per gli ospiti.

Intorno alla casa c'è tanto spazio per rilassarsi con la piscina, un annesso con bagno, la pista per bocce, il barbecue, il forno a legna, dei grandi sassi che servono da tavoli e sedie e una vista panoramica sulla Val di Cornia fino al mare e l'Isola d'Elba.

Su una parte del terreno che si estende su 28 ettari coltiviamo frutta di ogni tipo e olivi, e una buona parte coperta di bosco e macchia mediterranea con ricca flora e fauna invita ad essere esplorata.

Alloggiare presso noi è l'occasione giusta per trascorrere vacanze serene in tutta tranquillità e per visitare numerosi luoghi di interesse turistico, storico e culturale e le zone geotermiche intorno a Larderello. Distiamo pochi chilometri da splendidi parchi naturali e archeologici ma anche da meravigliose spiagge. Nei paesi vicini che hanno mantenuto il loro carattere originale troverete degli ottimi ristoranti dove assaggiare la tipica cucina toscana accompagnata da un buon bicchiere di vino. Infatti, siamo circondati da molte zone vitivinicole rinomate.

The AGRITURISMO SAN GUGLIELMO is located in a peaceful area over the Cornia Valley, between Volterra, Massa Marittima, Cecina and Follonica.

You will find a typical, fully renovated Tuscan farmhouse, composed of the owner's part and two comfortably furnished apartments for our guests. Outside, there is a lot of space for relaxing, with swimming pool, track for bowls, barbecue, pizza oven, big stones that serve as tables and seats, with a panoramic view of the Val di Cornia until the sea and the Island of Elba.

Part of our land that embraces 28 ha is cultivated with fruit- and olive-trees, and a good part, covered with wood and typical mediterranean scrub with a rich fauna, invites to be explored.

San Guglielmo is an ideal starting point for visiting localities with touristic, historical and cultural interest, as well as the geothermal areas around Larderello. Nature reserves, archeological parks and beautiful beaches are easy to reach. In the nearby villages that have preserved their original characteristics you will find excellent restaurants with typical Tuscan cuisine and delicious wines. We are surrounded by renowned wine-growing regions.

Unser Agriturismo liegt in traumhafter Alleinlage über dem Val di Cornia, zwischen Volterra, Massa Marittima, Cecina und Follonica. Es erwartet Sie ein typisches, liebevoll restauriertes und komfortables "Podere", der ideale Urlaubsort für Individualisten jenseits ausgetretener touristischer Pfade.

Das geräumige Natursteinhaus besteht aus zwei unabhängigen Ferienwohnungen und dem Wohnteil der Gastgeber. Um das Haus finden Sie viel Freiraum zum Entspannen und Geniessen: Schwimmbad mit Badehäuschen, Boccia-Bahn, Grillplatz und Holzbackofen, Schattenbäume, grosse Steine, die als Tische und Sitzplätze dienen, Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme, mit Panoramablick über das Tal der Cornia zum Meer und auf die Insel Elba.

Das durch seine Hügel geprägte Land ist grösstenteils bewaldet oder mit mediterraner Macchia bewachsen. Auch die Fauna ist mannigfaltig. So lassen sich Dachse, Rehe, Stachel- und Wildschweine, Schildkröten sowie unzählige Vogelarten in ihren natürlichen Habitaten beobachten. Auf dem zum Podere gehörenden 28 Hektar grossen Grund werden Oliven und Obstbäume aller Art kultiviert. Sie können unsere Produkte gerne verkosten: natives Olivenöl, frische oder gedörrte Früchte und hausgemachte Konfitüren.

San Guglielmo ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Orte von touristischem, historischem und kulturellem Interesse sowie die geothermischen Erscheinungen um Larderello zu erkunden. Naturschutzgebiete und archäologische Parks, aber auch viele herrliche Sandstrände und Felsenküsten sind von hier aus bequem erreichbar. In den umliegenden Dörfern, deren Dorfkerne ihren ursprünglichen Charakter bewahrt haben, finden Sie ausgezeichnete Restaurants mit unverfälschter toskanischer Küche und ehrlichen Weinen.

L’appartamento EUCALIPTO di 42 mq è situato al piano superiore ed è adatto per due adulti e un bambino. È composto di:

Davanti all'ingresso si trova una loggia con tavolo e sedie.

L’appartamento LE VOLTE di 70 mq è situato al piano inferiore e può alloggiare fino a cinque adulti e un bambino. È composto di:

soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e con un camino ad aria calda che riscalda tutto l’appartamento

camera con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo con soffitto a volte. Il soggiorno e la camera sono divisi da un arco con tenda.

Le cucine sono dotate di piano cottura, forno, lavello, lavastoviglie, grande frigo con reparto congelatore, macchina espresso e tante altre cose utili. Ci troverete anche delle spezie, olio, sale, zucchero e caffè per iniziare.

I bagni dispongono di lavabo, WC, bidet, doccia e asciugacapelli.

Gli appartamenti sono corredate di TV Satellitare, CD/DVD-player e collegamento Internet.

APARTMENTS

The apartment EUCALIPTO of 42 sqm is located on the upper floor and is suitable for two adults and one child. It is composed of:

- living room with well equipped kitchen corner and sofa bed

- double bed room

- bathroom

The apartment is heated with hot air.

In front of the entrance, there is a loggia with table and chairs.

The apartment LE VOLTE of 70 sqm is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to five adults and one child. It is composed of:

- living room with double sofa bed and a fireplace that heats with hot air the entire apartment

- bedroom with double bed and single bed with vaulted ceiling. The living room and the bed room are separated by an arch with curtain

- bathroom and anteroom with washbasin

- well equipped kitchen – dining room with door toward the swimming pool.

FERIENWOHNUNGEN

Die Wohnung EUCALIPTO befindet sich im oberen Geschoss. Sie kann zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind beherbergen und umfasst mit 42 m2:

* Wohnküche mit Bettsofa

* Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett

* Badezimmer

Die Wohnung wird mit Warmluft beheizt.

Vor dem Eingang befindet sich eine Loggia mit Tisch und Stühlen.

Die 70 m2 grosse Wohnung LE VOLTE im Erdgeschoss kann bis zu fünf Erwachsene und ein Kind beherbergen. Sie besteht aus:

* Wohnraum mit Doppelbettsofa und Kamin, der mit Warmluft die ganze Wohnung heizt.

* Schlafraum mit Doppel- und Einzelbett mit Gewölbedecke. Wohn- und Schlafraum sind durch einen Bogen mit Vorhang getrennt.

* Küche - Esszimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Schwimmbad

* Badezimmer und Vorraum mit separatem Waschbecken.

Die Küchen sind mit Gasherd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, grossem Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Kaffeemaschine und anderen nützlichen Geräten ausgestattet. Zum Start sind Gewürze, Öl, Salz, Zucker und Kaffee vorhanden.

Die Badezimmer verfügen über Waschbecken, WC, Bidet, Dusche und Haartrockner.

Die Wohnungen sind mit Satellitenfernseher, CD/DVD – player und Internetanschluss ausgestattet.
